NGC5139

Updated: 5.1.03

NGC5139 is also known as Omega Centauri, the largest and brightest globular in our skies. This was approximately 12 deg high in the south when imaged and is framed nicely in the 80mm Stellarvue AT1010. An IDAS LP filter was used to minimize star bloating.
