This is a shot of one of the brightest and best globulars in the northern hemispere, located in the constellation of Hercules. It begins to resolve in modest equipment, with a 4" scope capable of seeing the brighter members and is a grand sight in larger instruments. Image was reprocessed on 7.28.02.
