The Orion region of the sky is extremely rich in deep sky objects. Next to the Great Orion Nebula, one of the more famous is the Horsehead Nebula. It is a fascinating object, full of emission and reflection gas clouds. This Ha shot highlights the extentsive emission regions surrounding the Horsehead.
