IC405

Updated: 12.11.03

Here's my first attempt at H-alpha imaging on the SXV-H9C one-shot camera using 4 minute subframes (HaRGB). It's a shot of IC405, in Auriga, also called the Flaming Star Nebula. The blotchiness in the colors is due to the small amount of RGB time taken on this object (only 20 min total). This shot was taken during the Chiefland Star Party.
